How it works

From intention to atmosphere.

You start with how you want to feel or what you are about to do. SonicSenses turns that into sound you can shape and listen to straight away, with no download, no account and no waiting.

  1. Choose how you want to feel or what activity you are preparing for.
  2. Shape the sound, rhythm, atmosphere, intensity, and duration.
  3. Listen privately through speakers or headphones as appropriate.

What is actually happening while you listen

The sound is built on your own device, in the browser, using the Web Audio API. Nothing is streamed from a music library, so a session can be as long as you like and can be reshaped while it plays. Your preferences stay on your device. The microphone is optional and is never opened without your action.

A server is only involved when you ask for something that cannot be made locally, such as AI music generation or artwork. Everything else, including the visualizer, the tone library and the sound blender, runs where you are sitting.
