Browsing the library, listening to soundscapes and tones, using the composition studio, watching the visualizer on screen, and saving sessions locally on your device are all free and do not require payment. An account is only needed for features tied to your balance, such as collecting free daily coins.

Sound Coins are an in-app credit used for optional finishing touches: high-resolution exports, watermark-free video, permanent premium visual worlds and film grades, and publish-safe generated tracks. Coins are bought in packs at a fixed one-time price shown before checkout. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Where a subscription plan is offered, the price, billing period and what is included are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually, whichever you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Annual plans are charged in full at the start of each yearly term.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until that date. No further charges are made after cancellation.

You can also close your account at any time. Closing an account forfeits any unused coin balance and any permanent unlocks tied to that account.

Because everything sold here is delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including coin packs, coin-funded unlocks and completed subscription periods. By purchasing you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, where that waiver is permitted by law.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a purchase failed to deliver because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will correct it. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under your local law are unaffected.

Prices, coin costs and plan contents may change. Changes to a recurring price apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before that renewal. Coins already in your balance keep working, though what a given unlock costs in coins may change over time.

SonicSenses is a general wellness and creative tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care. Stop listening if you feel discomfort, and never use audio sessions while driving or operating machinery.

You are responsible for any audio you import and for how you use what you export. Only import material you own or are licensed to use. Watermark-free exports remove our mark, they do not grant rights to third-party music. See Rights & Content for details.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
